20 to 23 November 2014   Caliente Springs RV Resort

This lovely park sits about 20 minutes out of Palm Springs/Palm Desert on land that does not look capable of supporting life. Because of the natural springs there are a number of resorts nearby plus the town itself. Stark yet beautiful. Here’s a short passage on Dillon Road heading north from Indian Wells to Caliente Springs. The road follows every dip and rise of the land and is zoned for 55 mph. Yes, you can get air with a Honda CRV.

Of course I'm at the speed limit Honey. Why do you ask?

This was a great jumping off point to head up to Joshua Tree National Park. Took about an hour and a half but it was worth it. You should go.
