Ontario
in early May can be chilly and rainy. Such was the case around Queenston this
year.
But it got better and near the end of the month this little
pink bloom showed up.
We started out at the Locust Grove picnic Area
and biked
over to The Whirlpool Aero Car terminus passing the Sir Adam Beck No. 2
Generating Station.
Lewiston - Queenston Bridge |
While we were watching the action over the Whirlpool
we saw some folks way down on the shoreline of the Whirlpool.
Looking toward the terminus. |
Specks on the shoreline (left) are people (at least some of them) |
Wondered how they got down there?
Should have ignored that thought.
Drainage art shot. |
That's Lake Ontario in the distance. |
